How do we contextualize training?
Although it seems a very philosophical and abstract question, it should be basic before we start our approach, because even if we do not want to, we will conditionate everything we do next.
Before an exercise, before some sets, before a sessions, before a planification and even before an idea, there should be an approach. We will explain options:
Which approach do you prefer?
Depending on the context, conditions of the sport, time to workout, the environment, the level of knowledge, it may be more appropriate one or the other. It is difficult to live with both at the same time because they offer opposite situations, but not to take anything to the extreme, surely it is right, as well as choosing an approach or a game model at some point, does not mean that we cannot recognize or enrich ourselves, knowing and understanding other different models and perspectives.
